At Token Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original packaging and secure it in a padded mailer to ensure it arrives back to our studio safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
