Palo Santo Sticks

Palo Santo wood has been used for centuries by native shamans and medicine people. Light one end of a stick over a flame and burn for 30 seconds, then blow it out and place in a bowl or dish. The stick will continue to smolder, clearing out negative energy and stress.
